2025–2026 Winter PhysicalsWednesday, October 22, 20253:00 PMLocation: Kiski Area High School – Lower Cafeteria  All student-athletes must bring:Completed PIAA Section 5 and Section 6 physical formsForms must be fully completed and signed by both the student and a parent/guardian Athletes without completed and signed forms will not be examined.Additional Reminders:Physical forms (Sections 5 & 6) are available on the Kiski Area School District website under:  Departments & Services → Athletics All athletes must also be registered on www.familyid.com  Impact Testing:Kiski Area High School will administer the ImPACT Test for student-athletes participating in contact sports.  Testing will take place at a later date—details to follow.  For questions, please contact the Kiski Area Athletic Office.

Registration is now open for the 2025 - 26 season on Family ID. Please use the following link to register your student:https://students.arbitersports.com/kiski-area-high-school In order to participate in a sport all students are required to be registered on Family ID and have a valid physical (taken after 5/1/25) on file.
